When Utility Warehouse came to us asking to create a festival for their 5,500 employees to celebrate their 20th anniversary, we did just that. With two main stages, one with live bands performing throughout the day, and the other named the ‘Big Top’, showcasing a high-impact circus production and at night it turned into ‘Rockaoke’ – live Karaoke giving the guests a chance to perform in front of 3000 people.

In addition to the structures we installed for music and entertainment, we also provided two 1000 sqm stretch tents for the ‘feasting area’ where people could sit down to enjoy the array of food stands that were on offer.
