Health Hero 2022 - Bespoke Corporate Party Marquee & Structures

Health Hero is a health consultation company that combines digital convenience with clinical expertise to provide people with fast, remote access to expert clinicians when they need it.

It was founded in Autumn 2019 when Marcol, a privately owned pan-European investment house with significant assets in healthcare, joined hands with Ranjan Singh, an entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience innovating and investing in sectors on the cusp of transformation.

This summer on the 8th July, they chose to celebrate the growth of their business at Fairmont Windsor Park, a beautiful hotel set in the English countryside where history and iconic elegance merge to create an outstanding destination. Health Hero’s corporate day was hosted on the open green space surrounding the hotel which covers 40 acres of land and features a tranquil lake.

Having previously worked on events for Ranjan which proved to be a success, he approached us to organise their company’s special day ‘Big Fest’.

With a large guestlist of 120 people, various entertainment stations, tables and a bar all required to be under cover, we provided a 15m x 10m stretch tent in white and strategically placed the photo booth, seating arrangement and bar leaving space for everyone to mingle freely. Luckily the sun was on our side and we had a set up of beautiful wooden garden furniture, bean bags and benches surrounding the perimeter of the tent.

The day was a huge success and we look forward to working with them again soon!
